EIDETIC IMAGE FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF SYSTEMS PSYCHOLOGY
B. N. Rizhov, MCU, Moscow, RyzhovBN@mgpu.ru, O. V. Kotova, MCU, Moscow, KotovaOV@mgpu.ru
The article is devoted to the consideration of the mechanisms of the emergence of the eidetic image from the standpoint of system psychology, which allows us to offer a scientific interpretation of various forms and phenomena of eidetism based on a single theoretical basis. The purpose of the study is to describe the systemic unity of the formation of eidetic images under various conditions. From the point of view of systems psychology, an eidetic image is a holistic and stable image of perception or representation held in memory. This phenomenon should be considered as an information system with fixed, non-changing connections, the main difference of which is significantly greater than in the corresponding population norm, the saturation of the elements that make up this system (image). The emergence of an eidetic image is associated with a combination of various individual and personal characteristics, from the psychophysiological characteristics of the body, to the motivation and development of the emotional and volitional sphere of a person. A system-psychological analysis allows us to identify the following conditions for the formation of eidetic ability. The emergence of eidetic perception in childhood is caused by optimal development of the neurophysiological substrate of the psyche; less than an adult’s ability to form significant systemic connections in the formation of the image of perception; emotional lability of the child and the simplicity of developing an affective reaction in him to a relatively weak stimulus. The eidetism of a creatively gifted person is caused by the presence of innate extraordinary versative and ingenitive abilities; high index of social types of development motivation; experience of special emotional states when producing a creative product. The emergence of eidetism in mental illnesses is a consequence of a flash-like increase in the electrical activity of vast areas of the cortex and subcortical structures of the brain, providing a short-term generation of more nerve connections than it occurs during the normal brain operation. The formation of quasi-aesthetic images is the result of chemical exposure. The interpretation of eidetism from the point of view of systems psychology opens up a new perspective for understanding this important psychological phenomenon, and also opens up additional opportunities for explaining main problems of developmental psychology and pathopsychology.
Keywords: systems psychology; system-psychological approach; eidetic image; quasi-eidetic image; eidetism phenomenon; eidetic perception; eidetic memory; emotional excitability; tension.

SYSTEMIC IDEAS ABOUT MAN STRUGGLING IN THE NATIVE PSYCHOLOGICAL THOUGHT OF THE XVI CENTURY
D. V. Ivanov, NSPU, Novosibirsk, ivanovdirkutsk@yandex.ru
Psychological thought about man and his struggle in the XVI century proved to be adequate to the problems of patristic literature. A special place for systemic descriptions of the image of man and his nature is given in such a literary monument as the Great Makariev Chetyas-Minei, named after the most famous collector of them – Metropolitan Makarii of Moscow. Chetyi-Minei represent an extensive set of sources of Russian thought that allow us to understand the features and peculiarities of the development of psychological concepts in a particular historical period of time. Based on the patristic heritage, which is important for the study of harmony and the continuity of national psychological thought, an appeal to the human soul, regardless of age; the desire to touch his emotional world theme and images of struggle, which are represented by a particular spiritual experience, which will build its own line of life; orientation on the formation of spiritual and physical potentialities of man; the formation of interest in self-knowledge and self-improvement lie. A spiritual ascetic-fighter, represented in patristic heritage, possesses the will, is capable of fighting, which allows to assess his character. The ascetic is characterized by an intrapersonal struggle, which helps to prepare him for the development of spiritual capabilities, to reach the top of the ascent on the way to the prototype. His struggle is also defined as socializing in its function, helping to form a social ideal of action. A growing person, as he develops the ability to fight, discovers the activity of his soul. Throughout the whole course of life, the potencies of the struggling human soul are formed. The idea of struggle and the image of man struggling are developed systemically, in the relationship of their manifestations, form a single whole in their perception, understanding and further description.

SYSTEM IDEAS IN THE CREATIVE HERITAGE OF P. P. BLONSKY
Е. R. Artamonova, VSU, Vladimir, art1960.2@yandex.ru,
Е. V. Lobanov, MSUMD, Moscow, lobanov.evg@inbox.ru
The article analyzes the contribution of P. P. Blonsky to the development of systems ideas of psychological science. The article describes the actual problems of developmental and educational psychology, which are reflected in the fundamental works of the author. The dialectical-materialistic approach used by him to the solution of the main methodological problems of psychology is considered. The conceptual model of solving the problem of mental development of a child is covered. A theoretical analysis of a wide range of the problems touched upon by the author is carried out: the study of the question of the importance of childhood, of the historical change in the pace and content of various age stages of human development, the identification of various stages of age development and specific transitions between them, as well as the formulation of the problem of psychological age and the development of a specific historical direction its solutions. It is noted the presence of innovative ideas in Blonsky's works, which served as the foundation for the emergence of systemic concepts in order to understand the foundations of human mental development. Particular attention in the article is paid to those views of Blonsky on issues of developmental and educational psychology, which retain their scientific and practical interest to the present. Blonsky's creative heritage gives modern researchers the key to understanding the psychological and pedagogical laws of the formation of the personality. In his works, ideas of psychophysiological unity sound, as well as the need to increase the role of genetic research in considering the mechanisms of age-related development. At the same time, the importance of active involvement in age-appropriate activities is emphasized as a necessary condition for the harmonious development of the child's personality is emphasized. All this testifies to Blonsky's understanding of the need to apply the principle of consistency to the study of mental phenomena. In Blonsky's works, the ideas of the systemic relationship of mental processes are expressed. He postulates the basic principles of organizing the study of the child. The author's views on the psychological characteristics of teaching and upbringing of difficult schoolchildren, as well as Blonsky's provisions concerning the specifics of the intellectual development of children, are of keen interest.

SYSTEM ANALYSIS OF ACTIVITY OF THE GENERAL EDUCATION ORGANIZATIONS HEADS
I. V. Gorbunova, USPU, Yekaterinburg, gorbunova-priemnaya@mail.ru
System analysis is one of the methods of the system approach used in modern psychology and is the sequence of actions to establish structural links between variables or elements of the system under study, relying on a complex of general scientific, experimental, natural science, statistical, mathematical methods. This reseach uses the system analysis to study the activities of heads of educational organizations. The study was conducted in general education organizations of the city of Perm and the Perm region. The activities of heads of general education organizations were diagnosed using the Head Teacher Activity Style Questionnaire, the validity and reliability of which has been confirmed many times. Based on the results of diagnostics, the heads of general education organizations, using cluster analysis, were divided into groups depending on the level of success in their professional activities. The characteristics of the activity of each of the selected groups of heads of general education organizations were factorized, which made it possible to establish the features of the structure of the activity of each group. On the basis of a systematic analysis the features of the structure of the main activities, the relationship of the structural elements of activity and a system function of the individual elements of activities, depending on the level of success of activity of educational institutions heads are revealed It has been established that the selected groups of heads of general education organizations differ in the structure of the main areas of activity and the system-forming function of the main areas of activity. The groups of general education organizations heads identified in the study, depending on the level of success, are designated as “strategists”, “tacticians” and “conformists”.

EVOLUTION OF SYSTEM IDEAS ABOUT LABOR MOTIVATION
A. B. Karpov, NPF «Materia Medica Holding», Moscow, karpovab@yandex.ru,
M. V. Smirnova, NPF «Materia Medica Holding», Moscow, khokhlovamv@gmail.com
The article provides an overview of the most significant theories that have affected the formation of approaches to the study of labor motivation over the past century. The presented review of theories combines both psychological concepts developed by the authors from the position of personality psychology, social and age psychology, and the development of sociologists and economists. A number of these theories are based on abstract ideas about motivation, many of them take as a base large-scale long-term studies of practical aspects of work motivation. Based on the review of the main principles of each of these theories, a systematic analysis of how the subject of study has changed and how the definition of work motivation has evolved is carried out. According to the results of a summary analysis of the evolution of the concept, the correspondence of the main postulates of the theories to the peculiarities of the historical period in which they were developed: socio-economic processes, stages of industrial production, and the development of technologies is revealed. There are 4 stages of emergence of labor motivation theories. It is noted that with the completion of the last stage, the focus in the study of labor motivation began to shift to behavioral manifestations of motivation in the organization. The attention of researchers gradually began to switch to the study of employee satisfaction, loyalty and engagement. One of the key ideas of the article is the conclusion about the need for a systematic approach to the work of a psychologist in an organization, which allows on the one hand to create the most effective systems that stimulate high productivity, taking as a bases the development of scientists in the field of labor motivation and on the other hand — using modern methods of assessing engagement, loyalty and satisfaction — to create the system for evaluating and managing behavioral manifestations of employee motivation. The prospects of studying work motivation from the perspective of system psychology are considered.

PERFECTIONIST PERSONAL CONSTRUCT MODELLING
Yu. A. Filyasova, SPbUMTE, Saint-Petersburg, phill.yield@gmail.com
The article provides a theoretical analysis of perfectionist personal construct, reasons of its emergence and prevention methods. Perfectionists are characterized by rigid personal constructs, high standards and mirror reflection of their own constructs on other people. Perfectionist constructs restrict the freedom of experience interpretation, reality perception and future events forecasting. The main source of perfectionism development is considered to be the family — parental influence on hard line formation, setting high goals, along with the lack of autonomous goal setting skills and awareness of one’s own needs. Construct rigidness occurs as a protective mechanism against negative events and fear of committing errors, under the influence of unfavorable social environment, thus confining the consciousness with perfectionist frames and limiting their adaptation potential. Generalization of a limited number of constructs over various events leads to perfectionist inability to think beyond their own mental shortcuts or successfully adapt to new social conditions. In addition, rigid constructs and strong intention to achieve high goals create fragmentariness and discretization of perception of the ongoing life continuum. The desire to achieve high goals, as a rule, interferes with harmonic personal development. Depression, procrastination, burnout and other psychological disorders related to perfectionists are caused by their inability to take into consideration their possibilities for achieving high goals. Goal setting skills and the ability to differentiate goals by different criteria, along with awareness and prioritization of needs in the process of education and professionalization are considered in this paper as key factors of negative perfectionist signs elimination.

CLASSIFICATION OF INSTRUMENTAL BEHAVIOR STYLES OF OPERATORS WHILE THE HOMEOSTAT TASKS ARE PERFORMING
K. N. Еskov, GNC RF – IMBP RAN, Moscow, eskov@imbp.ru
The article presents the classification of individual stylistic features of the instrumental behavior of operators in the process of collective solution of homeostatic problems. The classification is based on the assessment of the level of motor activity and the level of leadership activity. Two-level motor activity gradations: a motor active and motor inactive levels, and the three-tiered gradation of leadership activity – a clear leader, the obvious leader and the nonleader (pedant) are used. On the basis of the selected levels, the classification has been developed that includes six styles of individual instrumental behavior. On the basis of the developed classification, the concept of an individual style portrait, which characterizes such features of the operator's instrumental behavior that are fixed in the structure of his personality is formulated and justified. The style of the operator's activity is a unity of individual personality traits and situational features of instrumental behavior, which are formed in the process of group interdependent activity when the Homeostat technique is performed. Thus, it is established that the developed classification allows us to evaluate the features of the instrumental behavior of the operator in the process of solving homeostatic problems.

A SYSTEMATIC APPROACH TO THE STUDY OF PROFESSIONAL DESTRUCTIONS OF TEACHERS' PERSONALITY
E. A. Kruglova, ISU, Ivanovo, kruglo-e@mail.ru
N. V. Popel, ISU, Ivanovo, nine1@mail.ru
The article deals with the features of professional destructions of various categories of teaching staff, which have a negative impact on a person, lead to various crisis states, disruption of professional and personal development. The research is based on the principles of B. F Lomov's systematic approach: multidimensionality and integrity in the cognition of the investigated mental phenomenon, taking into account its determinants. The reseach involved 215 teaching staff of the city of Ivanovo and the Ivanovo region with work experience from 5 to 30 years, from various educational institutions. Various manifestations of professional mental burnout and professional deformation of the personality of general education school teachers, special boarding schools teachers, teachers of additional education, preschool teachers, and heads of educational organizations were subjected to systematic psychological study. The results of the research showed that the greatest degree of severity of the general level and symptoms of professional mental burnout is characteristic of teachers of general education institutions. Signs of professional destructions are present in various areas: emotional, behavioral, motivational and value, as well as in the field of interpersonal relations. At the same time, many of them become relatively permanent and stable for school teachers with a long teaching experience. In other categories of teachers, the symptoms of professional destruction are expressed much weaker. It is discovered that the specific character and individual style of pedagogical activity are the factors determining the development of professional destructions. One of the main conclusions of the reseach is that professional burnout and professional deformation of the personality have different specifics and psychological nature, but in the system of symptoms and manifestations in different categories of teachers create a general picture of personal and professional destructions.

N. G. Somova, MRCRD, Korolev, Somovang@mail.ru
The article is devoted to a systematic study of the quality of life components in the elderly and old age. The assessment of the modern understanding of the concept of "quality of life" is carried out. The aim of this work is to determine the factors affecting the quality of life in the elderly and old age. The system study touches upon such quality of life components as anxiety, depression, aggression, and general psychological well-being. The system-psychological analysis of the quality of life components allows us to consider the needs that arise in the elderly and old age through the prism of system unity and offers a qualitative new perception of emotional experiences characteristic of this period. The article presents the results of the study conducted in 2019 on the basis of Moscow regional center for rehabilitation of disabled people with the participation of 39 recipients of elderly and old people. The quality of life indicators of elderly and old people receiving social rehabilitation services in the center of rehabilitation for the elderly people with the indicators of the quality of life of those who are taken care at home were compared. In the course of a systematic research, it was revealed that the indicators of the psychological and physical health components among people who attend rehabilitation activities in the social service center exceed the indicators of people who are taken care at home. There is also an increased level of anxiety and depression among people who are served at home, which indicates a lower quality of life compared to elderly and old people who receive social rehabilitation services in the center. Based on the data obtained, it is concluded that the quality of life is a complex system construct that includes both individual psychological characteristics of a person and the ability of establishing strong social ties in the elderly and old age.
