The article describes the relation between the mindset types in lecturers and students and a list of their personal characteristics such as an assertiveness, a vulnerability to manipulation, a sociability, a self-confidence, a passiveness, a focus on imagination, a spontaneity and caution. It also establishes the statistically proven gender differences and preferences.
