ANALYSIS OF FORMATION OF SENIOR PRESCHOOL CHILDREN SELF-ESTEEM

The article is devoted to the description of the beginning of a self-esteem development in normally-developing senior preschool children and their peers with different types of speech underdevelopment. The study showed that children with stuttering problem are closer to the normally-developing children, while children with general speech underdevelopment have more peculiar differences. The correlation between the levels of the senior preschool children self-esteem development and their personality features has been also described.
