MODULE TRAINING PROGRAMS FOR STUDENTS OF PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITIES FOR THE SYSTEM OF ADDITIONAL EDUCATION

The article deals with the problem of organizing of a comprehensive training for students of pedagogical universities for the system of additional education for children. At present, modern additional education is an independent educational source, and it isn’t just an element of the existing system of general education, it contributes the key competences into the different spheres of a child’s development. In this regard, special demands are made to the content and quality of teachers’ training for the system of additional education. Modular programs, developed for additional education for children, include blocks of disciplines based on a coherent logical structure.
