The article is devoted to questions of formation of students’ active life position on the basis of the development of psychological technologies of personal-esteem and professional self-determination in schoolchildren. The problem of content and the possibility in system line with the logic of the organization of a psychological work with students is discussed based on their cognitive and creative activity, based on the idea of achieving of a maximum efficiency in their future career development.
